Stock
Fully automated stock control; from stock usage to product recipes. Stock ordering through to deliveries is all handled with ease. Information flows between modules, comparing cash taken against expected stock usage, today's sales against historical data and numerous detailed, summary or custom reports which provide exceptional tools from which to analyse your business.

Links from POS register system and optionally from Centralised Stock module to provide even more control and flexibility.

Product is uploaded from the register system. The completed product movement report can be printed for any period showing number of items were sold, waste, promo, and M.F.C. Choose between a report summary of all products or detailed analysis of a particular product.
This shows a detailed analysis of the raw stock movement. Compare the actual 'units used' with 'sold/promo/waste/Staff Meals' to analyse unit variation. OnTarget provides the ability to produce a daily, weekly or monthly stock variation by setting the count frequency of each raw stock item. There is also the option to generate a detailed version of this report showing the variation of an item everyday for a selected period.
The ability to set up the number of portions per unit for each stock item and this will show on the yields report.

Has the ability to analyse specific product groups, for example, the Extra Value or Combination meals. With the Product Group Analysis there is the ability to set-up up groups and sub groups these meals can be assigned to. There is also the ability to detail out each item in a group or being able to set it to report totals for the group.

Based on your recipe data and actual register sales the QCR (Quality Cost report) will provide a detailed analysis of food cost. The food cost for each completed product is shown. The report also gives a summary of information showing the 'Base Food/Paper Cost', Staff Meals, Sundry, Stock Variation. Food promo, raw and completed waste costs are also calculated. OnTarget's QCR handles raw and completed product price changes with ease. One handy feature of the report is the ability to pull a 'Speculative' QCR. You are able to speculate the impact of increasing/decreasing the price of a menu item. The QCR will report the impact on leviable sales and base food/paper cost.

The $1000 Usage report gives a break down of the $1000 usages of stock items for ordering purposes. It also takes into account items used in multiple menus, eg breakfast, regular or both menus. Instead of updating the usages manually, OnTarget can update the usages based on Stock Count, Stock Recipe or both.

Cash
Linked to the POS system, cash information is handled accurately and efficiently. Cash drawer data, hourly sales and product sold information are collected from the registers requiring minimal input and providing rich cash reporting. Essential information is available at the touch of a button, summarising and analysing data into an easy-to-view format.
View daily cash information at a glance. Easily presented data giving detailed views of cash components. The ability to enter up to 6 deposits for the day, giving greater control and more flexibility.
Gives you Sales, Waste, Cash +/-, Labour, SPMH (Sales Per Man Hour), TPMH (Transactions Per Hour), Drive Thru % performance indicators for the day and period.
Gross Sales, Tax, overrings/refunds, Non-Product, Gift Certificates and more.
A break down of Drive Thru sales, storewide, breakfast and EftPos.
Key performance indicators that can be printed for the week ending or monthly.

Scheduling
Using OnTarget to manage staff rostering requirements balances both the employer's requirements for best quality and lowest labour costs, and the employees' requirements for flexibility and requested number of hours. Employees are allocated shifts depending on their skill levels, pay rate, availability and requested hours per week.

OnTarget's Scheduling module also includes tracking of employee training levels, and reporting of staff training needs. The training teams are able to track the training completed and their progress in a clear, easy to read format.

Scheduling can be performed by using the Labour Positioning Guide based on sales based or transactions. This determines the amount of labour hours required to cook/serve (unit producing) for the projected dollar amount or customer count. Extra cover can be set-up to account for Non Unit producing shifts like maintenance, opening hours, and closing hours. OnTarget scheduling has the ability to handle multiple school holiday types. When setting up an employee's availability there is the option to assign an employee to a particular school holiday.

As part of an employee's availability setup, you can input the minimum and maximum hours and shifts for them. There is also an option to track an employee’s training grade which can be utilised to allocate the best shift to the best qualified employee.
